I like this. It seems well thought-out, and the ideas presented are clear and very understandable. You might want to go over it another time- I spotted some minor grammatical and punctuation errors, but nothing that detracted from the story. One question- how, at the end, are they speaking so clearly? The ability to speak in wereform is relatively rare, and with the exception of Pavel (who cheats and has other factors going on) it usually only grants difficult, hard-to-understand speech. This seems a bit too formal and complex... Unless this is some other communicative ability? But the story itself is fine.
